This message forum has been created using software that will add some safety to the website. It is easy to use.

• Click on View my message forum
• Enter forum.
• Click on Start a New Post.
• A page will come up with Post t forum on top right hand side.
• Enter your name in the box provided
• Enter your email address in box below
• In the website box enter: www.johnmcnicholl.com
• Enter your text and/or emoticoms.
• Scroll to bottom of page and you will see a box that says Type the letters you see. The reason for this is to stop spam mail. Most spam mail is sent by an automatic mail box and because it cannot read will not allow the message to be sent.
• You can either preview message if you wish by clicking the preview button.
• Then if you are happy click on the Post Message button and hey presto it is done.
• Then go to top of the forum and click on Return to Website button.
